We currently ship across South Africa. International shipping is available on request and subject to additional fees.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.
1.3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
Same-Day Delivery: Available in Johannesburg for orders placed before 10:00 AM.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier service availability.
1.4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

1.5. Order Tracking

2. Returns & Refunds Policy


2.1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging.
The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The incorrect item was shipped.
Certain products, such as software, digital downloads, and custom-ordered items, are non-returnable.
2.2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
