Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging.
The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The incorrect item was shipped.
Certain products, such as software, digital downloads, and custom-ordered items, are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
