The Panther Specter Telehandler Frame Package (20' x 40') is a ready-to-build telehandler frame for car rigs and large camera platforms. Specter is a next-generation modular truss and rigging system for film, broadcast and grip, machined from 6082 high-grade, military-proofed aluminium that is about 20% stronger than the 6061 used in comparable trusses. It is not welded or folded but bolted together from precision CNC-machined parts, so there are no welded seams to fail, every part is field-serviceable, and the system reaches full strength with flange bolts and nuts alone, with no washer plates or reinforcement accessories required.
This package is configured around the lengths needed to build a 20' x 40' telehandler frame, giving a grip crew a repeatable, load-rated platform for car rigs and large camera setups. Specter is 100% compatible with ModTruss and ModulusX, and is engineered by Panther GmbH in Germany.

A frame, ready to build
The package is configured around the exact lengths needed for a 20' x 40' telehandler frame, so a grip crew gets a repeatable, load-rated platform for car rigs and large camera setups without specifying parts piece by piece.
Stronger by design
Specter is machined from 6082 high-grade, military-proofed aluminium, about 20% stronger than the 6061 used in comparable trusses, and reaches full strength with flange bolts and nuts alone, with no washer plates or reinforcement accessories.
Bolted and field-serviceable
Every joint bolts together from precision CNC-machined parts, so there are no welded seams to fail and any component can be serviced or replaced on location. The system is 100% compatible with ModTruss and ModulusX.
