In 1981, ProSales Broadcast was founded on a gap nobody else was filling, used broadcast equipment for an industry that needed it. The first piece of kit was sold from the boot of a car. Everything since has been built on that same instinct for what the industry needs next.

Used equipment sales grew into new equipment distribution, then systems integration, studio design and construction, and full turnkey broadcast solutions. As the industry shifted, so did we, extending beyond traditional broadcast into the cinematography and film production markets.

Today we supply broadcasters, production companies, content creators and filmmakers across Southern Africa, from our head office in Johannesburg and our second office in Cape Town, with two production studios of our own, open to outside producers, and a dedicated B2B rental division for when ownership isn't the answer.

Our locations are home to production solutions, technical and sales experts, and proper service facilities, combining pre-sales consultation, testing and evaluation, aftercare, and manufacturer-accredited servicing under one roof. Two of our own production studios are open to outside producers.
