We ship cinema and broadcast equipment across South Africa and arrange international delivery on request. Here's how dispatch, delivery and collection work.
Where we ship
We deliver throughout South Africa via trusted couriers. International shipping can be arranged on request, contact us for a quote.
Processing & dispatch
In-stock orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 business day. Special-order, pre-order and backorder items ship once stock arrives, we'll confirm the expected lead time before you commit.
Delivery times
- Standard (within SA): 1-3 business days once dispatched.
- Express: available on request for urgent jobs.
- Same-day (Johannesburg): we can arrange same-day delivery for urgent orders in the JHB metro, contact us to check availability.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service level. Any applicable charges are shown before you pay.
Collection
Prefer to collect? Pickup is available from our showroom at 75 Fleet Street, Ferndale, Johannesburg, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We'll let you know when your order is ready.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, we'll send tracking details by email so you can follow your delivery. You can also use Order Tracking any time.
Receiving your order
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is missing, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can put it right.
International orders
For deliveries outside South Africa, import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise in writing.
