The Cartoni Maxima 5.0 (HM5000) is Cartoni's ultimate cinema fluid head for large-format and heavy camera packages, a direct competitor to the O'Connor 2575 and by many accounts its superior. With a payload capacity up to 57kg, a cine-style slide compatible with Arri, Sony and O'Connor plates, and digital displays for counterbalance and drag settings on both operator and assistant sides, the Maxima 5.0 delivers extraordinary precision for the biggest, most demanding cinema and broadcast productions.

If you're working with Arri ALEXA 65, large anamorphic packages, or long telephoto cinema lenses, this is the head.

Key Features

  • 57kg payload capacity: handles the largest and heaviest cinema camera packages
  • Patented counterbalance: precise, repeatable compensation from 5 to 57kg with digital display
