The Deity PR-4 Metal Cage is a lightweight aluminium cheeseplate cage machined to mount on both the top and bottom of the PR-4 field recorder. It protects the unit while adding multiple threaded points for microphones, wireless receivers, timecode boxes, handles and accessories, and includes integrated suspension mounts set at a 120 degree ORTF stereo angle for instant stereo field recording.

Wide Suspension Compatibility
The mounts accept Rycote Lyres, Radius Hoops and Deity V-Mic suspensions. That makes it easy to fit a wide range of shotgun and small-diaphragm mics.
Full Cheeseplate Mounting
Multiple 1/4 inch-20 and 3/8 inch-16 threaded points let you add wireless receivers, timecode boxes and articulating arms. The machined aluminium frame also protects the recorder.
