The Panther Specter Structure Package is the complete set for building large, complex structures and running multiple rigs at once. Specter is a next-generation modular truss and rigging system for film, broadcast and grip, machined from 6082 high-grade, military-proofed aluminium that is about 20% stronger than the 6061 used in comparable trusses. It is not welded or folded but bolted together from precision CNC-machined parts, so there are no welded seams to fail, every part is field-serviceable, and the system reaches full strength with flange bolts and nuts alone, with no washer plates or reinforcement accessories required.
With four of every length in the 6-inch (6" x 6") series, this package gives a grip department or rental house the depth to build cranes, jibs, car rigs, telehandler frames, turntable and rainbow rigs, sliders and lighting structures side by side. Specter is 100% compatible with ModTruss and ModulusX, and is engineered by Panther GmbH in Germany.

Specter is machined from 6082 high-grade, military-proofed aluminium, about 20% stronger than the 6061 used in comparable trusses, and reaches full strength with flange bolts and nuts alone, with no washer plates or reinforcement accessories.
Bolted and field-serviceable
Every joint bolts together from precision CNC-machined parts, so there are no welded seams to fail and any component can be serviced or replaced in the field. The system is 100% compatible with ModTruss and ModulusX.
